The Real_Peers process provides those answers and more!

• Real_Peers joins groups of up to five owners of nearly identical businesses operating in various parts of the country within the same industry segment.

• Groups meet together on the internet for bi-weekly videoconferences lasting ninety (90) minutes facilitated by a dedicated Real_Peers group coordinator.

• As leaders of similar companies, each session provides opportunities for members to discuss and share proven techniques for growth and profitability.

• From the “big picture” to finding practical solutions to the tough problems, a member of your unique group has probably dealt with same the issues you face.

• Each group member contributes topics and discussion items for inclusion within your agenda with the assistance of your Real_Peers coordinator.

Getting Started:

When you become a Real_Peers Member:

• Your coordinator will contact you within forty-eight (48) hours to welcome you to Real_Peers and to learn more about you, your goals and your business.
• Your coordinator will work with our staff and immediately seek to place you within a group of owners of businesses operating in your field.
• Groups must have a minimum of three (3) members for regular sessions to commence and no groups will exceed five (5) members.
• You will contacted at regular intervals leading up to your first group session and given a brief profile and contact information for others in your group.
• Prior to each meeting, your coordinator will distribute your group’s current agenda via email and provide you with the correct link for your videoconference.

Videoconference Session Specifics:

At the regularly scheduled day and time, you will need internet access:

• From your home, your home office, place of work or anywhere else you happen to be, your webcam equipped computer and high-speed internet connection is all you need.
• Your coordinator will get each session started. Approximately five (5) minutes will be invested recapping the last meeting, and insuring each member has, or can view, the current agenda.
• Members will rotate to the lead position. During each session, one member is given the opening or lead position and will have the next twenty-five (25) minutes focused primarily on them and their own action items whether they are on the agenda or not.
• As each session lasts ninety (90) minutes, the remaining sixty (60) minutes will be shared equally among the remaining four members with the entire group responding to the issues and concerns of the others.
• The agendas are designed to help each member benefit equality from the power of five and is only a tool. If a group decides that it wants to devote more time to an single subject or allow one member to use the majority of time available, your coordinator will help facilitate your wishes.
• If a group member is faced with a business-critical situation and expresses a  need for additional assistance, we ask that the group come together as a whole to assist the member in need and agree to adjust the group’s agenda accordingly.

After Each Real_Peers Session:

Our goal is to provide you with the most meaningful group experience available.

From your coordinator’s perspective:

• After each session, your coordinator will contact you by phone within forty-eight (48) hours. During this brief phone call, you’ll be asked for you thoughts on the last meeting.
• Your coordinator will also ask about those issues you’ve placed on your group’s current agenda, their priorities and how your needs can be better addressed during upcoming sessions.
• Your coordinator will always be looking for ways to help you achieve your specific goals while attending to the overall needs of your Real_Peers group.

From our corporate perspective:

• Following each session, Real_Peers will ask you to rate your peer group experience using a simplified rating system.
• Our corporate offices will send you a link asking that you quantify the value of various services provided by Real_Peers

• Is your group functioning in a positive way?
• Is your coordinator performing in a satisfactory manner?
• Are other group members contributing to your individual success?
• Are you getting sufficient attention focused on your specific issues?
• Does the information and advice you receive benefit your business?
• Do you remain satisfied with your Real_Peers membership?
